Entender el rol y las responsabilidades de cada uno es clave para evitar confusiones y garantizar una relaci\u00f3n transparente y segura durante toda la vigencia del contrato.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un locador?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>locador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es quien <\/span><b>ofrece el inmueble en alquiler<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Puede ser el propietario, una persona autorizada o incluso una empresa que administra el bien.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su funci\u00f3n principal es <\/span><b>ceder el uso del style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En otras palabras, el locador es quien garantiza que la propiedad est\u00e9 en condiciones y que el contrato se cumpla seg\u00fan lo pactado.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un locatario?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>locatario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la persona o empresa que <\/span><b>alquila el inmueble<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para habitarlo, trabajar o desarrollar una actividad comercial.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su obligaci\u00f3n principal es <\/span><b>pagar el alquiler en tiempo y forma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, adem\u00e1s de cuidar el inmueble y usarlo de acuerdo con el destino establecido en el contrato.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El locatario tambi\u00e9n debe:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cumplir
