La transformaci\u00f3n ya empez\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy, plataformas como Hoggax, Garant\u00edaYa o Finaer (entre otras) est\u00e1n cambiando la forma de garantizar un alquiler, <\/span><b>reemplazando modelos heredados del siglo pasado por soluciones digitales, m\u00e1s seguras, m\u00e1s simples y con mejor cobertura para propietarios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y no es una promesa: es un cambio confirmado. El presente ya se est\u00e1 pareciendo demasiado al futuro.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dato que lo explica todo<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/whatfix.com\/blog\/real-estate-digital-transformation\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estudio de WhatFix<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se proyecta que la industria inmobiliaria podr\u00eda generar entre <\/span><b>USD 110 mil millones y 180 mil millones en valor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de IA y automatizaci\u00f3n en marketing, ventas y procesos administrativos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que hace unos a\u00f1os parec\u00eda impensado <\/span><b>(sacar una garant\u00eda desde el celular, firmar digitalmente, resolver todo en el d\u00eda)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hoy es un est\u00e1ndar en crecimiento. Y va a seguir acelerando.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El modelo tradicional empieza a desaparecer<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hablemos claro: <\/span><b>la garant\u00eda propietaria tradicional se dise\u00f1\u00f3 en otro tiempo, con otras reglas.<\/b><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exig\u00eda que alguien con una propiedad en CABA, generalmente un familiar o amigo, pusiera su firma como respaldo.
